Times are hard out there for some guys, this post was purely to give some idea's.

Take up a class, get some additional qualifications, night school, maybe a degree, masters, BA. Get paid more for knowing and applying more.

A weird one for us, we used to work overtime as 'agency' until the Trust stopped this and decided they would only pay the much lower "Bank" rates if you were an employee.

So now all our staff work Agency in Southampton and the Southampton staff work here!

That's a load of b******s - although you may have a point. Re: qualifications, Ludwig - Oh level Biology might help, but it's a profession that one can easely miss understand.
