We are ready to go.

We arrived in Douglas, Isle of Man, this afternoon and after a lovely meal in an Italian restaurant and a few drinks, we are now ready to tackle the TT course tomorrow.
We had a bit of a scare when the hotel lady told us that there is a car rally tomorrow and the road will be closed. Fortunately, it isn't on the TT course so it is all system go.
The weather is promising too. I must admit I feel a bit apprehensive but still looking forward to it.
There are three of us doing it.

Nothing to worry about, any roadside furniture you would be liable to collide with is wrapped in straw filled bags.

I was a bit apprehensive too, but was pleasantly surprised by the behaviour of the motor cycling fraternity.

Well, done it and really enjoyed it although going up Snaefell Pass was hard work.
We did it in 3h41 and covered 41 miles all together, including going from our hotel to the starting line. Photos to follow when I get back home.
