"Web server is down" error message

I've been getting this message a couple of times a day for two or three days now. So far, a refresh gets things back to normal but I thought I'd flag it in case something is brewing.

I got it this morning, but refreshed and all ok.

I haven't had it myself, the mods will try to find a solution.
