Beans is pestering me on account of the wrong cat food pouch purchase debacle.

Indeed windy. Recovered enough to head over to The Gardens for a work sesh, see how long I last. This recovery is so slow, I wasn't that ill, feels like a week has just somehow vanished.

We've got the wind too, looks like another non biking day, more decorating in Embra. Impressed with how much better a room looks after a first coat of emulsion. Local Screwfix has benefitted mightily.
Return home required today as run out of clean underwear and tablets.

Wettish out and about. A tad breezy too. I guess it's Autumn now, no?
Had to give presentation to weekly Teams meeting with Directors et al. Think it went well. Not too many glazed looks on the screen.

Coffee #2 on the go. Already had 2x Teas.
Need to go to Hospital to collect more drugs as I've got internal inflammation AGAIN!
Need to go to Pharma to collect more drugs as I have neuropathy AGAIN!

If you had told me at 18 that my adult life would revolve around constantly popping pills I would have thought "Cool!" Now it's just a bind....
