Thanks for the best wishes guys. My god is it boring here!! 5 hours so far. All bloods and obs done but waiting for surgeons to review and discuss before setting me free. Trying to squeeze as many pain meds out of them to relieve boredom.

Evening, frozen shoulder x-ray from Friday was fine, despite telling me yesterday I suddenly had an appointment with the physio today.

Now measuring string, to see how long it remains seized up without much pain, before it regains similar range to my other shoulder again. Might be ~18 months...

Cycled there and back under my own pathetic effort on the hybrid.

Decent ride with OH, from Langholm back home via Eskdalemuir and Ettrick. A dangerous foray into D&G but we made it through with care...

Thats brave, I've heard stories about the locals in D&G being hard to tell apart from extras on a Lord of the Rings film.

Arses all. Had severe abdominal pain for last two days. Gp referred me to hospital to rule out perforated bowel or sepsis. Currently in waiting room. It's packed!
