Morning, and looks like this is the first English contribution to the thread, we must be a lazy bunch down here 🙂 Was up early to catch the train, out for beer and pub grub in town later so no pedalling or driving for me. In the meantime, I'm busy mitigating tax.

Out early on the bike to miss this afternoon’s forecasted storm. 65 ish miles( I managed to off my compute on a descent for about 4 miles) Still did 5,757 feet of climbing and give myself the annual bum boil. Later will be very little.

Don't have any Bolly to hand, curses. Feeling ferked after a day crawling about in a rather warm walled garden sorting out strawberry plant runners and potting up the looking ok newbies for next year's planting out. The knees were not happy.

Think my HR has returned to just about normal. Did up it a lot at lunch break when sitting out in sun and 2 fighter jets scream right overhead going well fast. And loud. It is a training area round here but jings that was sudden, loud and agitating.

Now time to evict the bumble that has just wandered in through my open doors...
