A couple of days ago there was a thread going about all the tiny bits and pieces that the bike mechanic hoards in the toolkit.

So here's a selection I picked out from the depths of my toolkit. As you can see, some are two or three bits that form one assembly. One has nothing to do with bikes at all and is there to fox you. The person who gets them all right wins two deluxe zip ties and two unused cable end titties.

This is a trick, isn't it?

I don't know them all but I'm pleased that I recognise some of them - not locking up proper names so descriptions of where they go!
1 no idea
2 could be the lock ring that goes on the cassette?
3 goes on the end of the brake outer
4 brake bit that the spring fits into (v-brake)
5 not a clue
6 part of the rear derailleur - goes round the little black or red thing
7 no idea
8 not sure unless it's the headset bolt?
9 ?
10 ?
11 part of the brake assembly - seems familiar
12 not part of a bike is it?
13 pins for brake pads
14 cup from brake
15 no idea
16 ?
17 standard bolt m5?
18, 19, 20?
I've never been good at remembering the right names for bits....
