One of these:

Save ours is grey and blue without the padding on the straps. Comes with two mounting brackets so you can quickly move the seat from bike to bike - one new and in the packet not used (£20 each IIRC).

I also fitted it to a tag-a-long until the kidz were old enough to cope with a saddle and bars without falling off - very versatile. You can use it with or without the head-rest bit at the front.

Kids love it as they can see where they are going and you can talk to them from behind, which keeps them interested. Also makes the bike a little better balanced than a rear seat.

Used but in v. good condition. Kids now on tag-a-long and own bike, so not needed anymore.

As you can see, not cheap new. To you, £40 plus postage.

The kid in the promo pics will have warm ears with her riding behind him! I'm going to be in the market for one of these but unfortunately not until next year.

Looks like it needs a top tube to attach to, or does it attach to the bars, like some of the older Dutch ones?

It requires no top tube - it has its own effectively, which secured at the seat post one end, and the stem or head tube the other, onto which the seat is secured adjustably.
