One of these:

Save ours is grey and blue without the padding on the straps. Comes with two mounting brackets so you can quickly move the seat from bike to bike - one new and in the packet not used (£20 each IIRC).
I also fitted it to a tag-a-long until the kidz were old enough to cope with a saddle and bars without falling off - very versatile. You can use it with or without the head-rest bit at the front.
Kids love it as they can see where they are going and you can talk to them from behind, which keeps them interested. Also makes the bike a little better balanced than a rear seat.
Used but in v. good condition. Kids now on tag-a-long and own bike, so not needed anymore.
As you can see, not cheap new. To you, £40 plus postage.
