Out on the bike this morning, 0 degrees C, dressed in several layers of clothing, windproof head cosy, thins under my warmest gloves and several thinnish pairs of socks..
Riding t’other way came an old boy on his bicycle.
No gloves. No woolly hat (and no hair either!!)

Well’ard

I've been for a run wearing knackered sweatie joggers and a hoodie, just like Rocky. No gloves either, though a head torch spoils the hardness quotient.

My wife will be doing cross country tomorrow, as usual, wearing just a lycra top and shorts. The run (5 miles) goes through a village pond early on, and it will be snowing. Some lose their shoes in the mud, and finish the race barefoot. She'll probably get spiked.......lots do. And they hose themselves down before going in to get changed, so long as the hose isn't frozen. Did you say something about "hard"?

Sounds like she'll do anything to avoid a Sunday morning "snuggle" with you.
