What 7 & 3 speed shifters are compatable with canti brake ?

A friend of mine has an old MTB with 7 & 3 shifter combined with a brake lever going to canti brakes (bike hasn,t been used for years).They are fubar to say the least

Can anyone advise the cheapest and compatble set of combined shifters? so i can get the right parts for him.

Most say V brake only?

I will go with these as its the ones i thought but nice to have it confirmed.

Some sellers i contacted didnt know.
