to a saturday nice little 10 mile ride on the bike and then upon arrival there is a cake mix bowl to lick out ..... wicked start .

I've had a mischievous start to the day. My Santa message from www.portablenorthpole.com to a colleague's daughter has disrupted their household and I've got a day in York ahead of me followed by a Malaysian meal and a performance of The Messiah in York Minster to look forward to. I'm so glad that I didn't get wasted at last night's staff do at an Indian eat all you can buffet restaurant and then declined the invite to go clubbing afterwards. Today's pleasures will be unadulterated with yesterday's pain.
