So far we've had:
Xmas dinner for 4
Reheated leftover turkey and veg for 2
Devilled turkey
We've also made about four pints of turkey stock with the carcass, and we have at least a pound of turkey meat left, as well as some of the chestnut and prune stuffing I made which should go well with pork.
Oh, and today I flash fried the turkey liver (having used the rest of the giblets for the gravy) and had it on toast for lunch.
£25 on a nine pound turkey is beginning to look like pretty good value. What have the rest of you done with your Xmas dinner leftovers?
