What brake hose and pads do I need

I thought I'd just bleed the brake to find the hose has been cut 😳 it's a fixer upper I got to sell on ,so IL need to replace hose ,theirs no number on caliper but it's a Shimano unit,got a decent picture of pads / lever ,the pads are very worn so IL replace them as well I need to recable the front derailleur trigger shifter ( which IV no idea how to lol)as well, YouTube no d

Those are the ubiquitous B01S pads - easily found everywhere, used across a few applications.
Search for BL-M395 hose and you'll also find a few options, not expensive. You'll need a Shimano bleed kit and fluid too.

Shimano min oil is red, yes.

Mineral oil brake fluid for cars (aka LHM) is dyed green, to avoid the possibility of misusing it in a system intended for DOT 3/4/5.1 (glycol-ether type). Should be fine for use in Shimano mineral oil systems; the important point is to never mix glycol and mineral fluids and always use the right type for your brakes.
