I think the correct term for Charleseses is Carolingian.
Don't know about Williamseses. I think ideally a William needs a Mary to be "WilliamandMary".

William IV reigned for a short time between George IV and Victoria, but that period does not seem to have been given a name. It slightly surprised me that a period was named after Edward VII given that he only reigned for nine or ten years.

It may have been, but William IV was the king not a regent. There again, George IV was also a king, not a regent after his father died.
