I shouldn't have watched that.

I'm trying to teach myself to play the guitar, and am now put off.

I will never reach that sort of level of competence.

Peter Green is more my thing where the silence between the notes make a significant contrubution to the quality of the music.

Shredding is fine for those who like it.

The best thing we ever made on our digicam when the kids were small was a stop-go animation of two cuddly toy dinosaurs fighting. Took half an hour and had us falling about laughing. Wish we still had it!

totally agree...I like it:thumbsup:. Peter Green had a 'way with notes'...but he's not my thing...there are shredders out there who can make me look seriously BAD...am thinking of Vinnie Moore, Michael Angelo and of course big YNG:laugh:...but each of them can slow down and put some serious emotion into stuff as and when they choose...not sure PG could speed things up though...but thats irrelevant...the main thing is that the listener enjoys:becool::tongue:.

Anyway I was hoping to hear other clips of stuff in here not just a thread about my playing....but thanks for the compliments:becool::becool:
