How wonderful cycling is for a bloke racing towards 60.

I am amazed at my fitness.

And how beautiful Yorkshire is.

The music im listening to.
If its abit of Bob Marley, ill be going along jamming, drumming on the handlebars and singing along.
Theres a hill that i go up when we go to Derbyshire, which i end up saying bored alot as i go along, or even talk to the sheep.

Tyres hissing down the road...oh luvely. (lock me up) - nothing better than a good set of tyres.............

Not thought of it in such a *ahem* technical way, but i do the same, listen to the tyres and the different noises they make as the speed fluctuates.

Then I will drift off and either start to day dream (and slow down) or try and push myself harder and faster.

On ascents: How can I go faster?
On the flat: How can I go faster?
On descents: How can I go faster? (If I thought about my descending style, I might reconsider and slow down!)

Seeing Joe's post, I'll admit to mooing and baaing when the appropriate animal is in the adjacent field!
