hi i have just bought this bike and i am unsure what the origin of the frame any help? all i know it has Nervex lugs

Is that a brake cable tube just below the saddle in the last picture for center pull calipers .
Pump pegs on rear of down tube is a good touring bike thing .
And a low 3 digit frame number .
Does it take a 27.2 post ?
Shame about the paint

I think so. And that'd match with the centre-pull hanger on the front to suggest centre-pull brakes have been replaced with calipers at the same time as the agricultural painting, perhaps.
Nice chrome forks. 'Wire' outer for the RD is probably original and suggests 1970s.

Got to be fairly unique a cable guide like that rear one
