Newcastle to Edinburgh 202 miles? I assume they mean the Staffordshire Newcastle and not Newcastle on Tyne? Hats off to them and all that but Newcastle to Edinburgh doesn't SOUND impressive. They perhaps should have made it Stoke to Edinburgh which appears like a much harder job.

No, I do not think it is the Staffordshire Newcastle. Just done a google and it is 250 miles from Edinburgh. I drive regularly to the big Newcastle and it is about 120 miles. So, with a bit of detour, it would be possible to eke out 200 miles on this journey.
