First off, you are going to get sore at first. You don't have enough consistent miles on the saddle. It will get better if you ride several days a week.
Second, you must be sure your bike is set up properly, with saddle at correct height and supporting your sit bones (fore/aft adjustment).
Third, the saddle must be the "right one" for your anatomy.
Lastly, there are plenty of good shorts. Don't cheap out. Get ones w/ a good quality padded chamois. Pearl Izumi, Sugoi, Giordana are top brands. Don't wear anything under them. You may also benefit from a chamois lubricant, though I don't bother w/ lube for anything under 300km.
Pay special attention to hygiene.
