A friend of mine has an old mountain bike that he finds very heavy and slow he asked what i would recomend as i am no expert i sugested a hibred or tourer any suggestions
A set of semi slick tread tyres like these would transform the handling and speed of his old mountain bike;assuming that his bike is in good condition.
