I think they only do medium and large anyway. I would try both and pick the one that feels the most comfortable. You are probably a medium though.

Agree that you're probably a Medium. I've a Carrera Virtuoso (pretty much the same thing) and I'm 5' 9" with 31" inside leg - and I've got a Medium.

I picked up a trek 3700 for £325 2012 model with disc brakes back and front for my son with a 16" frame and it was ideal for him. If you are going down the mtb route get a bike off the rack, stand with it between your legs and if there is a good 2" clearance to the gonads then its about right for you. the saddle fitting comes later. where do you live
