What do I do on my bike?

Sweat mostly, with some heavy breathing. Would make a great obscene phone caller but it's hard to dial with gloves on.

I dont race besides doign TTs. Not as keen on racing at the moment ether

Commute, ride off-road with a club for fun and fitness and with the kids for the sheer pleasure of their company, and road rides for fitness. I'm iin the process of planning some credit card touring on the hybrid.

I basically commute. And when I commute, I race. I do a bit of pootling around at weekends too, but there wasn't a pootling around at weekends option.
