I'd cycle there in my gear, with shirt, tie, troussers in rucksack - get cleaned up in loo's or a disabled loo, go to meeting, get changed and cycle back to office - do it all the time. Baby wipes are the key, and a spare dry under layer....

If not - stop whimping around and take the train this time. Enjoy your meeting and look forward to cycling again tomorrow.

Get the train or just push the bike there and then cycle straight home. I'd want to get there presentable, but cycle straight back properly.

Done this myself although your rucksack will be heavy with shoes, bike lock, toiletries, and suit.
