It's my birthday before Christmas. In October actually. So I have to think of birthday things first.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....????

I always have this trouble!!

It's my birthday in January, so I have the opposite delight - chance for people to buy me what I hoped they'd get me for Christmas, only didn't!

Plus, they get to buy them in the January sales!

Some bar-end shifters for the overhaul of my 1987 British Eagle Touristique. I really ought to upgrade to 8-speed cassette too but it seems a real shame to bin a perfectly good wheel, so they'd be on friction mode for a while.

I'm thinking of asking for money towards some new Deep rims for next years race season, or better yet, someone to get them for me.

Deffo-but what I really want is a turnip all of my very own (better than an Intense 5.5/Ellsworth Epiphany decked out in carbon and Chris Bling/SRAM x0 etc....).

I'd like a pair of old men's brown checked slippers. Or a new bike. Or world peace and free jaffa cakes for the masses
