Having tried to see if I would be able to legally use a Brox with electric assist, for some of the steeper bits of road(1 in 3-1 in 5). I was in formed that it would falloutside of the current regulations, see link.

Anyone got any ideas on how I could start trying to get a Brox recognised as a pedal cycle, so that I can then attach the electric assist. Failing that a suggestions on how to get a quadricycle recognised under the regulations.
