Not finished? Abramovich knows just what not qualifying for next year's CL would mean, so he overpaid for Torres and Luiz. Never mind that the rest of the team needs a massive overhaul as the 2nd string don't inspire (how many FA Youth Cup winners eventually make the grade...not that many really) CFC are panicking as they are falling behind their London rivals, let alone those from Manchester. Then, of course, there is Barcelona.
