Wheelbuilding - Nipple length

Yep, got the valve hole in the right place and it's nicely trued. Spoke tensions are relatively equal from what I can tell.
My problem is I am just not sure how far I should tension them.
They feel tighter than the crappy 700c Alex wheels on my Langster, but looser than my Khamsins (which have that G3 spoke pattern).

Don't go off 'good factory' wheels like Khamsins or Mavics - they are laced exceptionally tight.

That lacing looks correct for 3 cross.

So how easy was it ?

Suprisingly easy actually, though I anticipate the back wheel will being a bit trickier.
I'm also a bit concerned that I've laced it too tight...
I won't know for sure how well it's built until I can test ride it (when I'm back home at Easter) !
