We make a loaf a bread once or twice a week, we haven't bought a loaf from the shops this year yet. It's a recipe based on the Cider Loaf in Nigel Slaters kitchen diaries 2. Bloody ace so it is. I am having a slice toasted as I type, with home made marmalade.
