Where have all the wasps gone

@Gillstay's pet hornet jumps up at someone:

"It's all right - she's just friendly. She likes to play."

We used to inspect a huge Hornet nest in France and you could go right up it and take detail photo's. The sound of the Hornets walking all over it was quite something. Watched a snake go over the top of it one day and none of the Hornets reacted. It hung from a roof beam and just fitted in a bin bag when they left.
