Where to go for SPD set-up in East Anglia

looking to buy some SPD's and some shoes for my road bike, but want to get them somewhere that will set them up properly for me, I live near Kings Lynn and I'm prepared to travel a few miles to find somewhere that will do a good job.

Or can I set-them up myself without too much trouble?

You can do them yourself. First sit on a table and look at how your legs and especially your feet hang. Are they straight or does one point out to the right more than the other? Whatever your feet are like what you see is their natural position and how you would want the cleats set. After you've set them go for a ride and take anallen key to adjust. After every 5 miles, stop and adjust until perfect.
