Where's the blumen' video?

I'm trying to picture it...I could be wrong, but I don't think you need to take the tape off to change the cables, unless you intend to fit new cable outers as well. In 4+ years i've only changed one gear cable because it snapped. Maybe I should change all the brake and gear cables, but they aint broke yet.

Yeah I was meaning inner and outer Maz, prevention is better than cure kind of thinking.
I did fit new brake calipers to the bike, kept the old cables though, don't think they have ever been perfect really and should have put new ones in then, will make it my winter project
