Which Bottom Bracket?

hi folks, just a quick question that hopefully someone know.
just been perusing ebay (insomnia) as i was looking for a bb. i managed to win a fsa ceramic mega exo bb link below

got it for just over 20 quid which seems like a bargain even with 15 quid of p&p added on.

i think its compatible with ultegra 6700. if not i could keep for next project. just wanted to check with some of you that know lots and to see if they're any good. Also have a dura ace bb on the way too so would like to know which ones best.

It's for cranks with a 24mm spindle - which is basically Shimano and Sram. So yes it will fit.

You need to be very careful if you are using a Shimano chainset as tightening up the the BB too much will knacker the ceramic bearings before you start.

Thanks, i'll keep that in mind. Wasn't sure if it makes a huge difference or not with the ceramic bearings.
