Galibier for gloves.
Overshoes tend to get shredded eventually regardless of the brand. Had some Gore ones that were as good as any.
Castelli for jackets. Love my 2 layer Alpha.

A lot of people swear by Paramo, but my jacket leaks like a sieve, and has done since the day it was new.

I'm currently using a Montane jacket
Has it faded? I've had a couple of Montane hi viz windproof jackets, and the dayglo yellow turned into a creamy off-white within a month or two.

Albion lightweight tights for temps down to 5 degrees
Rapha pro team winter tights below 5 degrees
Any medium weight long sleeve jersey
Merino long sleeve base layer
Albion insulated gilet or lightweight insulated jacket
Endura softshell gloves
Rapha rain shoes or winter overshoes
Gore shakedry jacket

Basically at least 3 thin breathable layers for warmth and if you get wet ride harder! 😃

All uphill

Mines not hi vis, it's not a cycling jacket. It's been fine.

Spatzwear neoprene overshoes are very good in proper rain. You won't, ultimately, stay dry, but you will stay warm, or at least I do. They're overkill for 'it might rain for a while' conditions, but excellent if you're choosing to go out in hours of continuous rain.
