I have a ideal crossmo 02 bike it looks like a cross bike

i like the body and the shape and i fits to me perfect
Can anybody help me which is the biggest tire that i can put on?

it's a 700c size, so you can fit 29er tyres to it and there's plenty of those on the market. Either way, you will be limited by the clearance on the frame and fork.

My 622-19 rims are rated, according to rim sticker, from 25-60mm, actually 1" to 2.35", as above your limitation would be frame clearance.
