Which panniers and rack?

A quick update to thank all those for the advice given on this thread.
Unfortunately the new Topeak racks have a different fitting to my old trunk bag, so ended up going with a Tortek touring rack. Seems strong enough for my needs and I couldn't justify a Tubus rack, despite the good write ups, so Tortek seemed a reasonable compromise of cost / build quality.
Panniers wise, I went with Ortliebs, but the front rollers, which still fit fine on the back of the bike. Couldn't see myself ever needing 40 litres of space from the rear rollers, and since my laptop fits in the front rollers they seemed the sensible choice. Certainly worked fine this morning anyway
