I thought Doblo got quite a good review in the motoring press for being a not-too-bad handler.

Its not too shabby ..you do need to have it in the power band so its pulling you through the bend ( fnar alert).
If you just amble its a little vague on a good bend but a tidy little performer for a 90 hp 1250 enging

Actually the fiat engineers made a bit of a boo boo..
The fiat Doblo weighs 2020 kg..so its over the upto 2000kg which allows a 70 mph limit.
I can only do 60 legally..unless anyone knows otherwise..

That's a typical Italian engineer. Shrug the shoulders and blame somebody else.
