The slip at the end nearly had me down. You can't see it too well, but both back and front wheel went!!

lol, that's not ice. It's deisel that's left by all of the nice HGV's and buses as they come off of the North Circular!

I slipped on something like that on that mini roundabout near Stratford and I came off.

I don't get number one,what was the problem with number one?
There are speed bumps on a road leading up to Stratford from Leyton and they are a right royal pain in the bot and make cars reposition themselves so the wheels don't go over the bumps.Makes the car slow down but I doubt I would pass him in that circumstance but who knows.
Number 2,I'd expect it.Doesn't mean it's right though.Oh yeah seems the norm.
Number 3 pointless.
Number 4 slow yes but whats the hurry?
My point being I'd hate them to drive off like Bodie and Doyle.

It's weird, I've got a rubbish balance off of the bike, but somehow I always recover from incidents like these when on the bike.

I sometimes try to do what you do quite easily re overtaking the car that done the stupid overtake but I don't always manage. I hope it just confirms to them how pointless it was but

That's interesting, I've had a few copyright infringements on you tube, I only get the warning ads may be placed on the site and/ or the video is blocked in some countries but not here. And quite often the warning disappears. What track did you use?
PS I'd be tempted to use the 'AudioSwap' facility on youtube to re-add a backing track.

I don't know what is but 90% of the time when I get/ see a bad overtake/ not giving way, etc., the driver pulls off at the next junction/ 1st oppurtunity ?

Ref the copyright of music/soundtrack.. I tend to use my own music to avoid copyright infringments. There are so many people unlawfully using music on youtube that its getting silly.

Youtube has been threatened with legal action several times but doesnt do anything to help itself (like allowing users to report illegal usage - only the copyright holder - who prolly doesnt have time to trawl the web)

The music I used was actually a client that I did some video editing work for. A bit iresponsible using it without asking first.

Maz, I always use that bit of path. It's completely seperate from the road and there's a flyover which crosses the A406 North Circular. I used to follow the road around but I got fed up of sitting in gridlock with the HGV/buses/cars. It's actually (dare I say it) a very good example of a good bike path.
