No leaks here...but then I live in a block of "spacious, luxury appartments" that were only built 2 years ago!

If they are new build, I'd expect them to leak from the start!

There's a really nice old Brewery/Warehouse conversion opposite my flat, from what I saw of the conversion work and the bits of interior I can see it looks lovely and high quality. But there's one down pipe that's leaked since it was put in, so that there's a great long slick of dampness on the brick wall for the full height of the building, everytime it rains.

No leaks here either, mostly thanks to me and a friend reroofing the back part of the house a couple of years ago. The rest of the roof, and the house, is ok too, so far.

I heard a report earlier that the roof of the National Library of Wales had been damaged by a sheet the size of two tennis courts coming off.

Only I was in the kitchen and only half heard, and thought they said 'sheep'...

I've not seen any sign of damage (not gone looking) but I don't think we have had it as bad as some others have by a long way. However all my recycling is redistributing itself around the garden and the bins have fallen over (left them over too since they would only fall down again).

I've lost at least one tile off my roof. Hopefully the wind will have calmed a bit by Saturday so I can replace it.

Half the shed felting was flapping earlier so tacked that down, big rip in the middle so any rain is just going to penetrate through to the shed - you'll all be glad to know that the bike isn't in there but safe, warm and dry inside the house.
