Why I love cycling

I was in a rubbish mood the other day about various things. Went out for a ride even though I didn't feel like it and it made me feel much better. Bad mood was completely gone and I was as happy as Larry for the rest of the day. And all I had done was cycling. So much better than getting drunk or whatever people do when they're in a mood.

I enjoy just getting up and going for a ride then coming home and commuting to work on the bike

Went out a couple of nights ago for my first night ride of the year
Really enjoyed the peaceful moonlight ride, only headed home as my fingers felt a bit frost bitten, silly me wore my day time leather gloves instead of my winter goretex cycle gloves
