So I'm looking at the Whyte Glencoe as my next bike.

https://whyte.bike/products/glencoe

I'm 5'9.5" with a 33" inseam.

The 52cm on the Whyte Website says it's for 5'5" - 5'-8". Yet looking athe geometry it's almost the same as the medium Cannondale topstone and very similar to the Specialized Diverge 54cm or even 56cm.

Does anyone have any experience with Whyte bikes and and suggestions?

I would ideally like to try one but there's none in stock near me so may have to risk an online purchase.

Thanks in advance.

Drop Whyte a line and ask their opinion? https://whyte.bike/pages/contact
Or your local Whyte stockist, then ask them to order for you.
If you’re an in between size (although you’re taller, you’ve got fairly long legs so a presumably shorter torso), it’s generally better to go smaller and add a longer stem if needed. A too big bike isn’t a good thing.

Have you already ridden the Spesh and Cannondale as a comparison of the geometry?

Thanks that's a great shout about trying the other bikes. I'll have a look around and see who's the Cannondale in as that looks the most similar. Will also ask Whyte their thoughts.

Cheers

Thanks - seems the Whyte and the Cannondale both have very similar stack (2mm more on the Cannondale) but the Whyte has 15mm more reach.
