I don't mind riding through the Rotherhithe Tunnel, it's OK, just a bit stinky for my liking.

My point being, with infinte time and money, the police should probably fine those people. But I'd rather they went after a lot of the OTHER youtube videos I've seen of really dangerous driving.

Can't take more than a couple of mins to issue a fine, can it?
Look up driver from reg, FPN in the post.

Cue more 'war on the motorist' ranting, followed by bloody cyclists always riding on the pavement etc etc
