I hate the wind, I'm a flyweight anyway so riding into it hurts and it blows me all over the place when it's a cross wind. I spent a week training in Lanzarote earlier this year, and it's permanently windy there. Funnily enough, when it's sunny and 25+ degrees, I find my mindset tends to be more receptive to headwinds being 'training' than if it is grey and threatening rain over the next hill.
And what's with people wishing for snow? Fun for five minutes and then you realise you're back to being stuck on the turbo for at least 3 weeks. Let's at least hope that summer is going to start after the Bank Holiday. We're not even at St Swithin's Day yet.
