Windy days...

Seem to bring out the worst in people, both in terms of mood and driving. ISTR reading about a study along these lines once.

I wasn't on the commute but for my 78 mile ride today in very windy conditions the car drivers were very well behaved, I wish they were always like that In general when it wet and windy I usually see the worst driving

Canned environment

It's almost always windy, here on the far west coast of Canada, and particularly so on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. I'm not sure that it has any effect on mororists (hell, they're insulated from the real world -- either with the air conditioning or the heater "optimizing" their little world in a can), but it sure pizzes me off sometimes

I agree with the kids bit.... seems to send them hyperactive.

I think it's down the the atmospheric pressure. Kids will go mad when it's stormy and wet. Look at a barometer and then look at kids. The are directly linked.
