Winter crud

After just a brief 50 min round having thought the roads might be a touch on the dry side since no rain since weekend.. how foolish...
bike gritted up and despite mudguards , myself a little spattered.. it almost convinced me to lock up the bike until the stroke of summer time..
but a quick clean and I feel amenable again to riding on the road another time...
anyone else doing the Rugely reliability run on Sunday with the raleigh team?

Wash that bike thoroughly with car shampoo to get the salt off.

After 40 miles today....not too bad... must wipe up kitchen floor as we speak..

Sunday.. have managed to convince a friend who has car to 'lift' us down there..so can give the 60 miler a bit of stick if that is possible...
so look out for a Claude Butler/ Tricross combo
