Worth a look ....?

Before I put deposit on Cotic I took a spin on a Genesis Day one disc and really liked it. Don't see point in nearly 900 quid on a Cotic Roadrat which is the same bike really. But before I jump in and buy one I saw this equilibrium on eBay and wonder what thoughts were on it. I think it's a little overpriced compared to new 2015 that's discounted now but as an all rounder ?
