I'm asking as I can't tell if the motorcyclist's behaviour is apparent from the video and how people would interpret it.

L624 WGK

It is very difficult to see what the motorcyclist is doing, only very brief glimpses of someone's front wheel.
In my opinion the video does not really show the bad riding in question.

What is it he's saying to you when you argue?

I wouldn't say I argued with him ;). His response to me saying that hanging around in blindspots is a bad idea was "F*ck off mate." After asking him what the point of bringing his rear wheel alongside repeatedly, on opposite sides - "You've got a sh*t attitude." After I said you know what it's like on two wheels, give us a chance his response was "I've given you a chance." Then he repeatedly accelerated into the space alongside the rear wheel of the cyclist in front.

Ideally you need a rear view cam to capture that.

However he sounds like a bellend and I'd be tempted to let Roadsafe know regardless. You have his reg, and some of the conversation on video.

On a slightly sadder note he will prolly end up being taken out by riding in blind spots like that, most probably by a larger heavier vehicle.

I've not seen the video yet ( no YouTube at work) but I will let you know that the traffic officers at roadsafe have done police motorcycle training and are on the ball.
If you really can't see anything then you could just try describing to them that he was being an arse and they might send a letter to him. Which should make him behave a little better.

I've seen the video now, i would send it in to them. He was clearly being a right dick.

Might as well report it - let RoadSafe decide what to do then.

Definitely aggressive riding, clutch in and revving when he was gunning almost at the second cyclist.

No need, no point and clearly had no brain.

I think that it is important to give clear indications of your intentions.

If you are going to pull out around a pothole, a definitive signal is required. Works wll in situations like this as you suddenly become 3 feet wider andthere is an arm right across their line of vision. Makes them feel very uncomfortable.

Usually I dont bother as the idiots think I'm turning. However I suppose my usual response is shoulder check beforehand and moving out tends to be ok. If I feel I need to warn traffic its usually a flat palm out behind me, in other words "dont overtake yet".
