WTD: 2x8 shifters on handlebars

As a temporary winter conversion I'm after some 2x8 sti's for le pug, preferably already on handlebars so I can easily convert back to downtube shifters.

Am on a budget so please be kind

Not fussed about handlebars but would be good, now looking more towards the 2014 Claris 2400 model if anyone has decided to upgrade
