wtd small road bike £300 top price

as above wanted a small road bike,any thing considered but the cheaper the better as its a starter bike for my eldest daughter.thanks

I have a very nice small frame/forks. Carbon/alloy. I've been trying to unload it for an age so it's cheap as chips ( cheap as casino chips anyway )Depends on whether you want to build it up yourself or have something ready to roll.
