XT Shadow adjustment

Anybody know ow to do a fine adjustment on the XT Shadow please ? There's no barrel adjuster and i can't find anything online. I just need to wind it out a tiny bit to correct a slight mis-alignment.

Use the barrel adjuster on the shifter. Hopefully there is one!

Sorry should have explained, shifters are dura-ace bar ends, can't see anything to adjust.

Is it the front or rear mech you are wanting to adjust? Either way, with bar-end shifters, there is usually a adjusting screw on the downtube cable abutements. There is also usually an adjuster on the rear mech itself.

You need to install an inline cable adjuster. I have them on my road bike, its the only way to fine tune the rear derailer.

You'll probably have to cut your outer housing to install them though. Something like that should have come with the bike. Its a bit mean to install gears with no way to adjust them!
